A refreshing pink salt weight loss recipe made with lemon, ACV, and natural electrolytes to hydrate, debloat, and support metabolism.
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil the water, then let it cool slightly.
2. Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
4. Mix in honey and cayenne if you’re using them.
5. Stir well and sip warm—or chill it for later.
Notes
For a summer twist, try it with chilled water, fresh mint, and a touch of ginger.
You can substitute coconut water for extra electrolytes after workouts.
