Description

This non-alcoholic Hugo Spritz recipe is light, floral, and perfect for hot summer days. A refreshing blend of elderflower syrup, mint, lime, and bubbles.


Ingredients

2 tbsp elderflower syrup

3/4 cup sparkling water (chilled)

34 fresh mint leaves

2 lime slices

Ice cubes


Instructions

1. Fill a glass halfway with ice.

2. Pour in elderflower syrup.

3. Add mint leaves and gently press them.

4. Add lime slices.

5. Top with chilled sparkling water and stir.
