Ingredients

2 medium cucumbers, sliced

4 large lemons, juiced

5 cups cold water

34 tablespoons honey or agave (to taste)

Ice cubes

Optional: fresh mint leaves, cucumber slices for garnish


Instructions

1. Blend cucumbers with 1 cup of water until smooth.

2. Strain the cucumber juice into a large pitcher.

3. Juice the lemons and pour the juice into the pitcher.

4. Add honey or agave syrup and stir until fully dissolved.

5. Pour in the remaining water and stir to combine.

6. Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.

7. Garnish with mint leaves or cucumber slices, if desired.
