Description
A simple morning drink made with Persian blue salt that men swear by for hydration, focus, and wellness.
Ingredients
8–12 oz filtered water
⅛ tsp Persian blue salt (food-grade)
Tiny pinch of Himalayan pink salt (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
1. Pour filtered water into a glass.
2. Add Persian blue salt and stir to dissolve.
3. Optionally add pink salt and lemon juice.
4. Stir again and sip slowly.
Notes
Start with a very small amount of salt.
Use food-grade natural salts only.
Best taken on an empty stomach in the morning.
